Roots run deep in Butte County, California, home to Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. The area is characterized by forested hills, winding rivers, towering pines, mighty oaks, and even mightier people—this is our home.

On November 8, 2018, the Camp Fire, the deadliest and most destructive wildfire in California's history, started in the hills above Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. in Paradise, CA. The fire burned 142,000 acres, claimed the lives of 85 people, destroyed more than 11,000 homes, and displaced nearly 14 percent of Sierra Nevada's Chico employees.

In the aftermath of the Camp Fire, we are committed to rebuilding. More than 1,400 craft breweries joined us in brewing Resilience IPA, a fundraising beer where 100% of the sales went to Camp Fire relief. The overwhelming support inspired the Butte Strong Fund, a partnership dedicated to the long recovery ahead. Thanks to the efforts of over 1,500 breweries, Sierra Nevada Resilience IPA raised over $15 million for the Camp Fire relief fund.
